This website is run by Novaree. Novaree is UK-based and is the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us, plus basic technical information our hosting provider needs to run the site.

Free website audit form

Your name, business name, email address, website address, anything you tell us about what you'd like to improve, and a record that you agreed to be contacted about your request.

Quote form

Your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the services and package you're interested in, when you'd like to start, your project details, and a record that you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry.

If you call or email us

Your phone number or email address, and whatever you tell us about your project.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We don't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you've asked us to.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Hostinger hosts this website and processes form submissions, which are emailed to us and kept as a backup on our hosting account.
• To confirm: the data centre location selected in Hostinger (for example UK or EU) and that Hostinger's data processing agreement is in place.
• To confirm: the email provider used to receive enquiry notifications and reply to you (for example Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).

The fonts on this site are hosted on our own server, so loading the site doesn't send your information to a font provider.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountant.

How long we keep it

To confirm: how long enquiries that don't become projects are kept (for example 12 months from our last contact), and how long client records are kept (accounting records are commonly kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year).

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred to you or another organisation. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To make a request, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, although we'd appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.
